Qualifications/ Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

Desired Skills and Experience

Good functional and technical experience in Siebel Financial Services.
Good experience in solution design and Siebel Architecture.
Good hands on experience in Siebel configuration, Siebel eScript, Siebel Workflow Management, Siebel Assignment.
Demonstrate excellent issue analysis & troubleshooting skills.
Adhere to Siebel configuration best practices all times during SDLC.
Knowledge of Siebel CRM Development Skills IP 18 and above.
Should have developed integration processes through EAI
Siebel Tools Configuration – Applets, BC, BO, BS, Screen
Should have knowledge on Siebel Workflow development , Scripting, Product configuration, Application configuration – LOV, RTE, Rulesets, DVM, Data Maps.
Experience on Siebel Release management process
Siebel Open UI development
Unix shell scripting
PL/SQL
Siebel EAI, EIM

Key Responsibilities

Siebel CRM Application development
Coding, configuration, Integration, Scripting etc as per design & business requirements
Ability to understand business requirements & HLD document
Prepare Design Documents, Test plan, and reports
Debug SIT testing and production defects and fix them
Perform data fixes
Application configuration – Products, RTE, DVM, LOV, data maps etc
